Refund policy

We deal in sealed TCG product and cannot guarantee pull rates or condition of internal products as such we do not accept returns, as far as damaged products we will work with our customers to make it right on an individual basis.

Order cancellations will be honored as long as request is made before product is shipped. Please send an e-mail to wyntercreekcards@yahoo.com with order cancellation and the order number in the subject bar line. Cancellations will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee to cover credit card fees which the store does not get back one payment has been processed.
